Long Term Tenancies

At The Cavalry our default tenancy length is 12 months as we believe everyone should enjoy living with us for as long as possible.

Onsite Maintenance

If it breaks, we fix it. It’s as simple as that. We have onsite maintenance support to fix your leaky tap, stop that creak in your door and to offer you a service you have never experienced before.

Onsite Resident Service Manager

The Resident Services Team are here to make you feel right at home. They are on hand to help you move-in, sort out any issues you may have and even throw a competition or two on social media!
