Coming early 2021.

STUDIO SPACE

A purpose built studio space will be available from early 2021.

A versatile space capable of hosting multiple events across a wide variety of interests.

Wellness initiatives will see classes such as yoga, meditation, fitness and Personal Training, whilst social events will provide a chance to get to know your neighbours at film nights, wine tastings, art classes and more!

YOUR NATURAL HABITAT

Your new home nestles within the glories of Arborfield Green, putting 95 acres of green space on your doorstep – including six acres of allotments and community gardens, 24 acres of sports pitches, and a cricket green.

This is a wonderland of shared open spaces: lakes and ponds, orchards and tree lined avenues, woodlands and country walks.

A five-kilometre network of footpaths traverses the land, augmented by four kilometres of cycleways. Dotted by bird boxes, bat barns and reptile hibernation sites, this is a true garden village – a growing community with nature at its heart and ample space to breathe.

MORE THAN A HOME

Crisp, clean and contemporary, the Clubhouse is a shared building, open to every resident of The Cavalry and their guests.

YOUR CONNECTIONS

Alongside nature lies a vibrant social ecosystem. The village has its own purpose-built primary and secondary schools, a food store, shops, cafés and healthcare facilities.

A community centre and grassed amphitheatre create focal points for events, whilst a dedicated community website relays news and information, local insights and conversations.

Your new home benefits from satellite TV connections and high speed fibre broadband, so getting online couldn’t be easier.

Within easy reach of the M3, M4 and A327, you are ideally located for travel.
